It's a 'NO' vote from me.

I'm hoping the WGO board just did this to pressure STX to substantially up their offer. I'm sure STX will eventually get up to a 1 for 1 offer. Hopefully, STX's SP holds up.

Did anyone notice the "may" in the clause about the Spanish assets;
'A contingent value payment (net of costs and taxes) may be payable to Warrego shareholders from the sale of Warrego’s Spanish assets within 12 month.' Didn't see anything that covers the situation if the assets are not sold within 12 months ? .... anyone ?
