You know this is only the beginning of things right? It may be currently proposed to be recommended but there is a game clearly afoot (just like an auction) so the final recommendation to SHs from BOD may be quite different.
Interestingly though, this is a WGO announcement that the BOD has unanimously agreed to recommend (subject to a better offer) yet only STX said that WGO BOD would do that for their bid!!!
