Picked up $10k on open.
There got some exciting tenements, $17 million in carried drilling costs, 5 million in convertible debt (which the noteholders will exercise on the first sniff of success as Warrego) and only a market cap of $7 million.
I imagine the shareprice will go up a bit once the takeover is formalised. Some people don't like taking the risk, but both parties are keen, so can't see why it won't happen. PRL shareholders would be crazy to reject. And Warrego still seem keen as mustard.
