Yes, the flow rate continues to increase and all in the presence of substantial water. Its a no brainer as soon as the source of the water is identified. Confusing that this still poses a concern to the average investor. Its a simple engineering process now. This may be taking longer than a lot anticipated but its becoming more fool proof every day.
I'm sure the market will find a reason to sell it down again today but they'll run out of excuses soon.
