It seems there is some issue with the delivery/receipt of the MDR on the 28th that the supreme court has now found they did not satisfy. Does it impact the amount Primero can bill (either in total or as an incentive for early completion)?

@Pierre83 where did you read that the judge found Primero had completed the worth by the 28th?
