I don't understand why Primero wouldn't just use the first delivery option: By hand to the nominated address. Further, given Wartsila's existing IT issues, I would avoid using a USB. Just go for tried and tested method: print. Wartsila clearly have enough lawyers, bots and cash to spend reviewing the six figure of documents. Now with the rant done. I can see why the judge came to the conclusion they did. That said, Primero comes across as a little amateur and Wartsila comes across as a word that is inappropriate for public consumption.
