Somewhat disappointing that 2 weeks on, and mgmt have not come out and indicated what they plan to do post the supreme court decision
Even on the 3rd Sept note, they did not indicate next step apart from "has reserved its legal rights in relation to the SOPA process and its contract with Wartsila"
Not sure when they will communicate, but looks like they have to provide a Financial Report to the ASX within 3 mths after financial year end, and the Annual Report within 4 mths.....so looks like they will have to provide something in Sept (hopefully with some commentary).
