I suppose this further reinforces that SGH's UK woes were of its own making (ie due diligence failure) rather than any impropriety on the part of Watchstone/Quindell. Or at least that if there was, W/Q did a damn good job of covering their tracks.
Anyway, hopefully that brings to a close the story of one of the most colossal balls-ups of Australian corporate history. IMO SGH only survived at all because most of its assets were intangible and worthless to creditors.
