Well well well, we were led to belive from day 1 that drilling would commence once all permits were received, we were told when drill permit received we were waiting for water permit imminent, then on 24th May we were told we were drilling.
If so why not commence drilling once that permit received, clearly eventually they were told by Peru Govt to start without the water permit as that was imminent.
thats my understanding...
