It aligns with the newspaper article that works in with timing of remaining 20% of pipeline replacement works to be done early last week and I for one anticipated an announcement Friday after PH.
Pipeline bust - easy replacement. Global markets dam wall bust not so. Wait and see I suppose - still plenty of optimism besides all global issues.
