This was also the death knell to the ROY plans as well. I don't know much about the Murray water situation aside from it being closer than the coast, but the cost of a pipeline and a plant for the ROY attempt topped 1billion if i remember correctly, taking the total capex to ~2.2bil.
As stated earlier I'm still in, but the plan echoes the past and i don't want history to repeat.
