Actually, as they announced they have undertaken water drilling as part of the leasing agreement, they probably have to - after all, it is company funds that are being sent.
This is a bit shabby as a down ramping exercise - a bit unsophisticated dropping the 5 cent figure in.
I find this rather uplifting - someone wanting to get onboard cheaply by scaring others to sell down. Lifted my confidence.
