I'll take the bet Shmah! The CR wont come before the permit approval.....which effectively could still mean days but I'm reading your post as you think it will come within the next 7 days. Am i correct?
IMO ......The drill permit approval will increase the SP and the announcement of drilling the 1st hole will increase the SP again........then the CR will come. ...but DYOR.
