i take some comfort from the fact that they state other 3rd parties are interested...they cant say that without it being true in an announcement...also Sibanye clearly thought (or knew) they had the upper hand, and so came back with a gun to the head offer. at the very least finance is continuing while discussions are being undertaken. still think its better than going back on the market and seeing .001.... I have already been smashed by SDL...don't need another head kicking !
