re: Ann: Waterberg Mining Right Application A... This quote from the announcement:

"we expect to make an announcement of our chosen mining contractor and off-take agreements before the year end"

seems to be written in a more positive tone than we have seen for a while.

IMO the off-take agreements are the key to everything else (ie. BFS, funding, cornerstone investor) and not until they are in place will we see good upward movement in the SP - but I like the positive tone.

Am I being too optimistic in my reading here - what do others think?
