Maybe someone's collecting stock cheap prior to making some kind of formal offer. I sold mine recently for 0.8c and noticed stock for sale at 0.7c this morning. Funnily enough I was almost tempted to buy 200,000 for a longshot. Too bad I didn't! Could have made $360 very easily.
