Now days interest rates rises on regular basis having cash in the bank, steady regular income from crude oil extracted in Australia with price of crude and Aussie dollar only 63 cents that is all positive then Pep11 not far from capitalising, did i mentioned price of gas no i didn't, so long PhantomGWW!
