One thing that doesn’t make sense, why buy a marketing services broker who services the pharmaceutical retail industry? Does it guarantee more spots on shelves? Wouldn’t your existing clients bugger off with a conflicting interest.
History tells me, creative dudes like this bugger off after 3year earn out and take the IP with them.
Sure they earn $14mil a year in revenue, but what’s the profit margin?
also noticed George has changed his personal blurb about being a specialist in reviving or amalgamating companies on the brink.
This smell of a business still stinks, but it doesn’t smell as bad as it was! there’s a lot more luck than skill here
