Yes RX7. Two key dates - 15th July shortlist and then mid August award of grant money. Although the grant money is not huge, I believe that if awarded that it would certainly set Protean as an acknowledged front runner in the wave technology industry. This would be a huge stamp for credibility.
Have a look at the team of personnel Protean has listed there. Do some research on them, these guys are some of the best in the business.
