FACT: Three bouys sat in the water and did almost NOTHING. They generated 14MWh over THOUSANDS of "operational" hours in the water. The same amount of electricity as a 6.6kW home rooftop system in a year. (FACT)

The only record it broke was the cost/MWh at something like $4,000,000/MWh!!

In my opinion shareholders should be outraged! I see NO EVIDENCE that CCE are not progressing the development a wave-generator AT ALL!

Rusch... where did you get the 14MWh from? As far as I recall, it was 14,000 operational hours. Energy generated was dramatically less. Happy to be corrected.
