I think by nxr not coughing up more money to WBT through suscrption agreement is void. They seem to have chosen to buy WBT shareholders out rather than take up original agreement and give WBT money for the shares. It doesn't make sense but obviously doing it for strategic position. It's not clear and ordinary holders shafted but there is be some reasoning behind. Cicero wouldnt back it with 300 mill if not something there that will.at least triple their money.
