@havig, I don't think you are being too cynical, I've thought that all along, even though they have effectively shot themselves in the foot, and might have done it again by suggesting they may go looking for a competitor to fund. It doesn't instill much faith in their confidence in Wavefront does it? I believe this is all part of a larger game, but one I'm happy enough to go along with unless it becomes obvious that the NXR board are babes in the woods. I preferred the original plan, but this one does have some merits considering the dilution that has been avoided.
I'd like to know who is pulling the strings. It could be either company really, but the now famous announcement suggests to me NXR were doing the trouble-making in the beginning.
