As a result, the Acquisition agreement will automatically terminate on 31 October 2015

so back to the original deal meaning less for a raise...still have exposure and we can look for other ops...would be nice to have a few options going down this path...I dont think its so bad...

still have PH3 to come which will rocket...ok
