Initial testing of WavePOD using Oyster 800 and subsequent test using CETO 6 to prove WavePOD in both shallow nearshore conditions and deep offshore conditions.
It would be good to know how far CWE gave gone in developing CETO6. The job has been made easier with Bosch R's involvement.
"The Oyster wave power device is a buoyant, hinged flap which is attached to the seabed at depths of between 10 and 15 metres, around half a kilometre from the shore. This location is often referred to as the nearshore."
