They are offering up to 30k worth of shares to shareholders in the SPP. Last time I was in a stock that did that it rallied very hard a few months after the raise and I regretted not buying more of the stock. You could sell this stock today buy some other pump and dump and watch your money disintegrate to the power of x following the x axis close to the point where bearish intersection one meets bearish intersection two. Lol, just some bluff I saw on youtube about charts. I've done that before as I got excited about a stock that was pumping hard sold stock that rallied very hard after I sold. So I lost twice, the potential of the first stock and the dump of the second. You still need to keep a tab of your capital investing how much you are prepared to lose and setting stop losses etc. Raising so much cash either they will use it to fund their lifestyle or use it to make this into a great company. Time will tell.
