Another aspect of a "gravy train" stock is the directors or MD/CEO have a close working relationship with the sophs or instos lending the company money.

For example, a CEO might also work for an insto, which also lends the company money. So the CEO generates fees which go into his pocket everytime the company raises cash.

So the CEO draws a hefty salary, makes money through fees everytime the company raises cash, gets issued free shares, which are dumped, because he knows the company will never do anything.

I don't believe any of the above are happening with this stock.

I don't believe any director here generates a fee everytime the company raises money.

None of the BOD are issued free shares on top of a lucrative salary. In fact, it's the opposite. The BOD take a fraction of their salary as cash & the rest is made up of shares. They must expect those shares to be worth something at some point. Yeah? Otherwise why take them? Why not sell them? Make some cash!!

The stock continues to grow, I've got an entire thread dedicated to that fact.

Every company that exists today started off with seed capital from investors. Either through equity/shareholders or debt funds/banks. Show me a company that didn't need a single cent to get off the ground to profitability.

    Microsoft.
    Apple.
    RIO.
    BHP.

They all needed seed capital or some sort of funding at the beginning. Hell, even big blue chip stocks to this day still raise capital for acquisitions or to boost their balance sheets during tough times. This is a stock exchange, that's why a stock exchange exists, TO RAISE CASH!!!!
