If the company is successful, they will get their money back. But due to the dilution, they will all have to buy on market at some point to lower their buy averages. That's what I'll be doing.
If they're the only company buying, they'll end up owning the whole company, if they bought on market. Then they would be solely funding this. Plus, this is an ASX listed company but registered in Israel, so there are rules as to how much of a company an entity can own. @Steini spoke about that before.
As I've explained around here for the 1000th time over 4 years, there's a certain amount of distribution happening & not accumulation. Do you understand what that means?
