A few observations from the conversation.
Procap.. You need to trade small caps, or you will loose 90% of the time. They almost Always spend up thier capital and need to ask for more, and dilute. It you don't sell on the fomo and buy in the doldrumbs you will die from old age before you get wealthy. Even if you get a magic smallcap that does what is planned the price will still be manipulated by the market.

Second.. 7c raise was a great price, and now we should be a bloody good entry with low risk.
Third, It's vat/GST - the government's will pay, but can be slow. (although my GST always comes in about 4 days or a week, so the 6-12 months sounds a bit suspect to me. It's like the government's don't like the w2v system and are disputing the transactions or something, or some dodgy companies have used w2v to file difficult returns - but most likely the European systems are slow)
I'm fairly new, but will be diving in here with confidence. I won't be listing too much to the whingers on here that obviously timed thier entries and exits badly and are a wee bit bitter. I've been doing asx small caps since 2005. It's a tough end of the market with promaces, setbacks and dilutions, but if you can get a free float, there is not much to lose and rewards can be life changing.
