I watched the video and it seems that some big announcement is imminent. He specifically used the word "announce" about the contract signed with the American company. He didn't say that they are in the process of signing which would have complete different meaning. Also, they must be very aware about the daily SP as it has significantly gone down since the opening and it is important for the company to make some big announcement now to keep the momentum they had on the opening day.
