None of it makes much sense, this Spanish Co has 31 employees! What is their profit, if any.
Why would they agree to take payment by way of shares which are hugely inflated?
The Spaniards are probably on their last gasp, so what sort of deal is this for your shareholders.

I feel that the Ann should have given far more detail of this companies financial situation.
More dilution, once again. The more I look into this, it looks like a typical lifestyle company.
