    I think in addition the earn out is a great way to make sure that they have bought a great business. I would like to see more businesses structure their acquisitions that way. Very professional. When they get their $500,000 from the SPP at 5.1c after the roadshow next week they will be fully funded. The research report should then revalue the company and further acquisitions will be funded as per this one,through equity. Everyone have a great weekend. I’m going sailing. Cheers AMOS.
