It would take time to develop a commercial product free of software bugs & any other issues that come with developing AI technology. Looking at the prospectus, it appears clients started signing up around 2018, as W2V had around 32 clients by then.

That was 2018, so fast forward around 18 months. What happened? A global pandemic that set every person & company back on this planet for two years. So it hasn't been 12 years, as you claim! It's only been around four years, 2 of which were subdued due to Covid-19.

Hi mate, regardless if they stay or dump, W2V has taken the business, revenue & clients. DevolulVA has a network of 130,000 merchants in fact! Compare that to W2V 1000+ clients. It's only 12 million shares, the upcoming CR could issue close to 30 million shares. W2V had volume today of almost 5.4 million, so it won't be hard for them to dump if they were so inclined at some point.

Low SOI, it means the SP can be easily pushed around.

I have to say I'm pleased with today's announcement & I hope W2V continues down this path of buying out the competition. If it pushes W2V to net profits then I'll be happy to suffer a little bit more dilution to help get us over the line. Of course, the higher the SP goes, the less dilution we all suffer.
