    I'm not 100% sure, I've just started looking around the website myself.

    From what I've gathered, they have an app where you can scan invoices onto your phone. Most of this website & videos are in Spanish, so it's a bit hard to decipher. It's a digitised version rather than using paper invoices to make claims. How those claims are made I don't know. I assume someone has to manually make the claim after you've uploaded your invoice.
