    Sophos don't want retail to take the shares on offer. They will take the lot.Therefore they are pressing it down.

    Reason - They have sold so much between 20c below to retail, they want to cover those as much.

    How they can sell lower than 5c ? - For them it is averages. Even when they sell below 5c, as they have been selling from 20c down, their average remains well in excess of 10c

    Games, games, games. All are in cahoot !!
