W2V raised $1 million in an oversubscribed CR to new & institutional investors & shareholders still have until 5th August to raise another $500K+.

In July, W2V received $770K from a backlog of client receipts & $210K grant from the IIA.



Then we have the revenue from DevoluIVA to add on top of current revenue (after the acquisition is complete) & any new revenue from the debit card.

By the end of 2022, W2V should be in a much better position in terms of revenue. Let's see what the next quarter brings.
