I am not an expert regarding CN and Warrants but if IMU, which just got a CNW deal secured, is a guide then it seems to be a better option than a regular CR. At some stage the current balance of $4m held by the tax offices will be paid out, at latest by the end of this year, more likely by September.
Good to see 3 existing bigger sh being part of the deal, should prevent a sell down after notes got converted.
W2V got all it needs to get through that Financial Trough which is created by the way European Tax Offices operate. Unfortunately growing a company while having those regular, up to 12 months delays, are 2 things that don't match well. The problem is either to stop all activities and wait for the money and restart or get a financial bridge to get to the save shore on the other side. Amos & Co decided to continue to move ahead which I had done as well.
