Yeah I am sure that small wall at 17.5c would have to be a juicy buy, especially if the takeover at 40% of VWAP is in play at 24c
That is the only explanation I can think of for this to be capped the way it has.
All speculation on my part though so DYOR or DYOG ( do your own guessing)
