the tax statements get sent 31st March for ATO return.
the dividend you receive now for the next 4 quarters will be for the the 2026 tax return. it's a strange cycle for reporting cycle.
They have a list on their website of Shell Service stations they own, (both in this location are owned by Waypoint).
Their biggest advantage is that they own core blocks of land - the biggest threat is a rise in interest rates. I hold this in my SMSF should provide predictable income source in retirement. I think it's a fairly safe (boring) buy down here to be honest.
Have held it for a trade for the past few years because the movements have been very predictable but I no longer trade this, rather just to hold for income.
