lets be straight WBC did not add value to Zip, the company will survive post wbc. Zip is strategically and globally stronger. The old dinasour wbc bank is trying to correct their books to show profit as its getting pretty tough for banks $$$.
the announcement was bound to happen, conflict of interest where zip was not interested dealing with wbc too. Old school mentality or they would be #1 bank in Aus.
interesting to know investors and more interesting some news reporting showed conversion rate US, may be US big investor.
nevertheless great company with great visionaries.
