Someone asked about how much profit WBE will make when Rex 4 starts pumping oil at 300 bopd and with gas flowing at 1,400 units per day.
I didn't really know then. I have communicated with the company and they said at $85 oil and $4 gas the net backs are $65 for oil and $3.75 for gas.
So oil profit is 300 X $65. = $19,500 per day
Gas profit is 1,400 gj X $3.75 = $5,250 per day
Total profit per day = $24,750 per day.
First month total = $742,500
we'll see what happens
