There is currently sellers at 0.15 cents, or more truthfully there was yesterday when I bought.

The mid point trades are not active at open and close auctions. Just is.
What I did last week was put a small but order in first. That went through at 0.15 cents. Then I put a bigger order in at 0.2 cents and that also went through at 0.15 cents.
I really don't know how many are available at 0.15. Try it with $500 and you will be so glad you did.

At some point they will run out. I have been the only person buying at 0.15. Not many because I don't have any spare money. I think there will be between 10 M and 100M available judging by the numbers available at 0.1 cents and 0.2 cents.
