I think if they did that it would trigger CGT immediately for everyone with no option to wait 12 months. no thanks. I prefer saving 50% to the taxman and sounds like WBE has some exciting prospects. can hold and sell in a years time and even if share price of WBE goes nowhere still be better off than a cash distribution.
I'm expecting a great QTR and perhaps they are close to farming out a portion of one of the projects and getting a cash injection , hence ok to invest $1.95m to the benefit of shareholders.
