Not sure about couldn't have come at a better time if I'm being pedantic and arguing over semantics. Still can't decide whether we would have preferred 55% bank finance news confirmation first, then the PR announcement for a further kick along and then the remainder of finance requirements. Fact that PR announcement hasn't really moved the needle, suggests ultimately finance news first would have been optimal. Lets hope it all balances out in the wash up.
