Yeah I'd thought about this before too. It would have been more beneficial to have had finance announcement first, then PR. Without finance the PR is all kinda hypothetical, as seen by the market's reaction today. But never fear, hopefully we will get a finance announcement soon, followed by the other PR approved after that to give it a leg up.
