There's was a streaming option. MQ claims he's had the opportunity to have one of those for 12 months now. He wants a tier 1 arrangement with debt at a reputable bank . They apparently need a toll treatment agreement before anything is signed off on. You'd think they'd be able to get a commitment that's indicative of them getting a TT agreement but yeah, who fckn knows.
