If you haven't noticed cap raises MOSTLY precede news by now then you're not particularly observant. If you think the stock would have done as well WITHOUT the self interest of the professional financial community in the recent cap raise then you can add naive as well. If you want to fire David Perlmutter becasue of these child like perceptions then you may as well throw your money in a 44 gallon drum as set it on fire becasue that's its ultimate fate anyway.
