There is a ‘reasonable’ overview on wikipedia about HTOL which gives the HTOL (high temp operating life) required for various industries / applications.
Tests are done under various conditions and some complex maths stats allow the results to be extrapolated to give an expected life/failure rate (say with 95% probability) under different conditions.
The Arrhenius equation is one of the key bits of the math-stats for this extrapolation/prediction
