    Rule of thumb there is that reaction rates roughly double for each 10 degrees C. Stuff happens around 128 times faster at 100ºC than 20ºC. That is why to stop food degrading we keep it in the freezer, and why we cook things, and why pressure cookers cook things faster. This is a reasonable general purpose reactivity guide that is dependent on the materials themselves and a bunch of other factors.

    Thus on this basis going from 25ºC to 125ºC causes around 512 X of additional reactivity to the silicon, including faster breakdown in structure. That is why running the electronics in a hot environment is so problematic.
