I tend to agree. those that know the company and hold the stock know this is another step in the right direction and milestone. Those that don't know the company may have to start looking into it, but won't "get it" from today's announcement.
Commercial deals take time and don't expect these to come fast or easy.
Long term outlook is positive but time (or more specifically opportunity cost) is the enemy of traders, so don't expect fast SP gains here. This is not a mining stock putting holes in the ground and news flow every other week. This is a long term play and best tucked away.
