Following thepreviousannouncementon 27 November 2017whereWeebit Nano demonstrated a 40nm working memory cellone month ahead of schedule, the Company has successfullyscaled upthe single memory cell into a 4Kb array(an array withmore than4,000cells).Analysis ofthe4Kb wafers showedno degradation due to scaling, and provides Weebit Nano with a great deal of confidence as itworks towardsits stated goal of a working 40nm 1Mb array(an array with more than 1million cells)bymid-2018.
